Two IXL Bowies Blow out sale! Both of these knives came from the personal collection of Robert Hunt, one of the foremost collectors of Randall’ in the world, who authored "Randall Fighting Knives in Wartime".

In a letter regarding these particular knives, Mr. Hunt wrote: "There were 85 10" IXL Bowies made between 1963 -1966, and 62 6" Hunters made between 1963-1964" Both knives are in new, unused condition.

The 6" Hunter is pictured on p.130-131 of Hunt's book; the 10" Bowie is shown by example on Pete Hamiliton's "Oldies, But Goodies", p.124.

Also, there is an article about the history of the IXL's by Rhett Stidham in the RKS quarterly newsltter. Both knives have the correct Johnson sheaths. $1900 Each
